How long does an appointment take?
Most haircuts and fades are booked as 30 minutes. Beard trims and line ups take 15 to 20 minutes, and a Total Restyle is 45 minutes.
Can I walk in without booking?
Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows, but booking online through Fresha is the best way to guarantee your spot.
What if I am running late?
Call or WhatsApp us on 0494 812 195 as soon as you can and we will do our best to fit you in.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Use the link in your Fresha confirmation, or contact us on 0494 812 195. Letting us know early means someone else can use the time.
Can I tell you about sensory or other needs before the appointment?
Yes. Call ahead or mention it when you arrive. We take a patient, neurodivergent-friendly approach for kids and adults.
