Modern Grooming Co ("we", "us") runs this website and the barbershop at 8/12 Wild Mint Dr, Flagstone QLD 4280. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional) and message. These are sent to our email inbox using the FormSubmit service so we can reply.
- Bookings: online bookings are made through Fresha. Fresha collects and stores the details you give when booking, under its own privacy policy.
- Phone, WhatsApp and email: anything you choose to send us when you contact us.
- Website analytics: we may use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, such as pages viewed and booking or call buttons clicked. This uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
How we use it
We use your information to answer enquiries, manage appointments, and improve our website and service. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business, such as Fresha (bookings), FormSubmit (contact form delivery), Google (analytics and email), and WhatsApp (messages). These providers may store data outside Australia.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
